Qualifications

  • Graduate of Engineering (IE / ME) / Business / Automotive course
  • With at least 3-5 years of experience related to the Automotive Industry, Teaching, or similar business
  • Preferably with supervisory experience in the Training function
  • Has knowledge in automotive industry 
  • Must have excellent writing & effective communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Windows program & Learning Management System
  • Must be knowledgeable to drive a 4-wheel vehicle
  • Can be considered for Technical (General Repair) or Non-Technical (Sales / After Sales)  function

Job Overview

Responsible for planning and implementation of  Training  (Technical or Non-Technical) to equip dealer associates with their expertise based on HCPI’s established standards. The job holder is also responsible for analyzing post-training results for continuously evaluating dealers and enhancing their training program to improve workshop and dealer operations.
