• Graduate of Business or Engineering Course
• Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in relevant field
• Has knowledge in Dealer Operations or Automotive Industry
• Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PPT)
• Has good communication skills with proficiency in English in both written and oral
• Must be highly analytical & have good problem solving skills
• Must be knowledgeable to drive a 4-wheel vehicle

Responsible in ensuring dealer compliance to Honda standards and address dealer issues to consequently achieve Customer Service satisfaction. The jobholder is also responsible in conducting dealer visits to check the compliance status and create actions to address dealer issues as support to their business targets.
