New City Hatchback Media Drive Shows What It Means to Live the Hatch Life
Following the launch of the New City Hatchback last June 14, 2024, Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) held a media drive last July 16 and 17, 2024. The media drive was a follow-up to the launch of the New City Hatchback and allowed the updates of the new model to be showcased. Honda SENSING was also highlighted as it is now available on this iteration of the City Hatchback, so it now joins Honda’s lineup of models equipped with the advanced suite of safety features.
The media drive took participants on a road-trip across several Honda Cars dealerships, namely, Honda Cars Manila Bay, Honda Cars Angeles-Clark, and Honda Cars Baliuag. Throughout the trip, Honda SENSING features were demonstrated across the highway roads to and from the dealers visited. Also included on the drive was a fleet of City sedan units, which are equipped with Honda SENSING too.
The New City Hatchback’s addition to the Honda SENSING lineup now means that most models that HCPI carries are equipped with this safety feature, marking a major stride towards the global goal of Honda towards a collision-free society by 2050. This test drive is a continuation of HCPI’s ‘Safety for Everyone’ campaign. With the inclusion of this driver safety-assist system, Honda further emphasizes its commitment to safety for all, as Honda SENSING protects both those inside and outside the car.
