Honda Concludes Its 22nd NCSSC Elimination Rounds
Honda Cars Philippines Inc. (HCPI) has concluded its 22nd National Customer Service Skills Competition (NCSSC) Elimination Round last December 9 – 13, 2019 at the Sta. Rosa Main Office in Laguna.
Previously known as the National Technicians’ Contest (NTC), the NCSSC combines General Repair and Body Repair. The competition was participated in by 31 Dealers nationwide and comprised of two (2) main events: Elimination and Final Rounds.
The competition aims to identify the skills and best talents amongst 139 participating Dealer Associates nationwide under the following categories: (1) Quick Pair; (2) General Repair; (3) Body Repair; (4) Paint Repair; (5) General Repair Service Advisor; (6) Body Repair Service Advisor; and (7) Customer Relations. Moreover, these categories showcase in determining the best among Vehicle Servicing, Parts Sales, and After-Sales Skills, aiming to provide the Best Customer Experience.
After five (5) days of intense competition, the top performers on each category were determined and have qualified for the Final Round:

HCPI continues to foster development and strengthen Dealership Personnel Skills that will aid Associates’ motivation in gaining their competence.
